I must have...

Seriously, how can I not want this top? My birthday is coming up in 6 months, so now's the time to start saving. What a deal, at only $75... and I'd be at the tip-top of fashion.

Sometimes I miss Alicante...

Though, I could lose the memory of destroying the Jenga game for all...

Such good times!

Lensbaby!

For Christmas, Paul & I gifted ourselves a Lensbaby for our camera. I'm sure that you're wondering what in the heck a Lensbaby is; unfortunately, I have no clue. All I know is that the thing is AWESOME! Seriously, it has selective focus, which is obviously super fun... Plus, it's 100% manual, and Paul bought this macro attachment for it, which allows us to get ridiculously close to anything... SO AMAZING.

OMG - A Must Read for all...

Melissa is hilarious. Read this to see why.

(Aren't they super cute? Maybe I should also remind you of the time we put makeup on him?)

I don't know much...

... but I'm pretty sure that Pat Robertson is the devil. Or worse, maybe the devil is a combination of Pat Robertson and Rush Limbaugh. Either way, their attitudes toward the Haiti earthquake are positively despicable. In brief, Pat Robertson is certain that long ago the Haitians made a pact with the devil, and this tragedy is their punishment from God. Rush Limbaugh, on the other hand, thinks that the tragedy plays perfectly into Obama's hand to get closer to the "light-skinned and dark-skinned black in this country." Rush obviously thinks very highly of the President.

Good work, fellas.

Nothing really to blog about...

So I'll share some December 2009 moments...

Rocking new p-jers on Christmas Eve

Skating with our presh nephew

Baking for my beloved's birthday
(Sorry for the use of the word 'beloved,' but without it, my alliteration would've been lost.)

2010 - Huzzah!

(I do apologize for the terrible Photoshop job, but Alexis's eyes were closed in the one photo that was decent of everyone else.)

2010 kicked off with a traditional (a la NYE 2009) Crown Making Soiree. We added a couple homies into the mix since the traditional bunch have either moved, were out of town or just never lived here... (p.s. We miss you, Joanie & Ryan!)

Good times. Good times.

Some stats about the new year:
  1. My first parking meter of 2010 also provided me with my first parking ticket of 2010.
  2. I purchased my very first humidifier. Boo-yah, dry-furnace air!
  3. We re-committed ourselves to getting in shape via the Wii Fit. I can already tell you that the outlook looks less-than-followed-through on my end.
  4. After the clock struck midnight, and we were falling asleep... we realized that our air mattress had been stolen. Once awake on January 1st, we realized that our air mattress was not stolen. Good thing.
2010 is lookin' good so far.
